A new service "My Deputy" has appeared in the "Kyiv Digital" app, which aims to make the work of the Kyiv City Council more open and understandable for residents. This was reported by the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA).

The new tool allows users to get information about deputies representing their electoral district, as well as find contacts of deputies' offices. If necessary, residents can contact their deputy by phone or email if the issue could not be resolved through city services.

Access to deputies' work and decisions

The service also provides information about draft decisions that Kyiv City Council deputies are working on. The activity within plenary sessions is shown separately: attendance statistics, voting results, and adopted decisions. This allows evaluating deputies' participation in the council's work.

Additional opportunities for residents

Besides basic information, the app includes the "Active Citizen's Guide," which explains how the Kyiv City Council works, how decisions are made, and how citizens can influence city processes.

The new service combines key information about the city government’s work in one place and makes it accessible from a smartphone.
