President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed decree No. 445/2026 on amendments to the personal composition of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief.

The relevant document was issued based on the proposal of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Defense of Ukraine".

Thus, the head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense, and Intelligence, Oleksandr Zavitnevych, and the Minister of Finance, Serhii Marchenko, were introduced into the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief.

The changes were made as a partial amendment to Article 2 of the President's decree dated February 24, 2022, No. 72/2022 "On the Formation of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief".
