In Dnipro, during a document check, TRC military personnel forced a man into a car, and when they realized the man felt unwell, they pushed him out near a dumpster and disappeared in an unknown direction.
Currently, two TRC servicemen have been charged.
What is known
According to the investigation, in the morning on a deserted street, servicemen approached the man under the pretext of checking documents, after which they forcibly placed him into an official vehicle. Inside the vehicle, according to law enforcement, they exerted psychological pressure and intimidated the victim.
The man's health suddenly deteriorated in the car. However, instead of providing assistance or transporting him to a medical facility, he was pushed out of the vehicle near a dumpster and left there.
The investigation paid special attention to the fact that among the suspects was a serviceman who held the position of rifleman-paramedic and was supposed to take measures to provide assistance.
The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Shortly after the incident, two of the suspects were transferred to other military units, while another remained serving at the recruitment center.
Currently, two suspects have been charged under Part 2 of Article 146 (Illegal deprivation of liberty or kidnapping) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Additionally, the rifleman-paramedic is charged under Part 3 of Article 135 (Leaving in danger) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Another former colleague is preparing to be charged. They face criminal liability.
