At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of two candidates for judge positions at the Kharkiv Court of Appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment on May 29, the Commission made the following decisions:

Oleh Petrovych Pechenyi - A break was announced in the consideration of the matter

Mykyta Valeriyovych Senatorov - 389.2 - Did not confirm the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court

The HQCJ reminded that 62 candidates applied to participate in the competition for 47 vacant judge positions at the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.

In total, interviews were conducted with 30 candidates: 22 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 3 candidates did not confirm it, interviews with 5 candidates will take place in the plenary session of the Commission. The qualification assessment of 1 candidate was suspended.
