For the reservation of men in July, the rule about the average salary of 26 thousand UAH must apply already from June
Enterprises planning to obtain or confirm the status of critically important for the economy and the reservation of employees in July must ensure an average salary of more than three minimum wages already for June 2026.
The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture explained that when reviewing documents, the average salary for the last calendar month is taken into account. Thus, if an enterprise applies for obtaining or confirming the critically important status in July, the average salary level for June will be evaluated, writes "Interfax-Ukraine." The salary must exceed three minimum wages, which currently amounts to 25,941 UAH.
As the "Judicial and Legal Newspaper" wrote, the new government Resolution No. 692 significantly changed the basic Reservation Procedure No. 76. The changes affected not only salary requirements for reserved employees but also influenced the mechanism for calculating the total number of conscripts, on which the enterprise's quota depends.
Since exceeding the established limits is now a direct reason for cancellation of the critically important enterprise status, legal accuracy in calculations has become a matter of business survival.
