Despite the war and difficult economic situation, the Ukrainian labor market continues to show high demand for specialists in several industries. The highest salaries today are offered not only to military personnel but also to specialists in cybersecurity, IT, industry, and production management. In some cases, employers are ready to pay up to 170 thousand hryvnias per month, and the list of the highest-paying vacancies includes both modern technological professions and skilled labor specialties.

Which professions made it to the ranking of the highest-paid in Ukraine

The top ten professions with the highest average salaries include:

10th place — Vulnerability Assessment Analyst. This is a cybersecurity specialist who identifies and analyzes weak points in information systems and software. The average salary is about 55 thousand hryvnias.

9th place — Warehouse Manager. The manager is responsible for organizing the receipt, storage, accounting, and issuance of material assets. The average salary is 55 thousand hryvnias.

8th place — Deputy Department Director — Head of Department. This position belongs to the management staff of government authorities. The average salary level is 70.5 thousand hryvnias.
