The High Qualification Commission of Judges provided recommendations for appointments to the positions of judges of the Odessa Court of Appeal.
As a result of the competition announced by the Commission on September 14, 2023, recommendations were given to 23 winners, namely:
- Abukhin Ruslan Dmytrovych;
- Bodnaruk Yuriy Volodymyrovych;
- But Illia Oleksandrovych;
- Varakina Nataliya Borysivna;
- Hubnytskyi Dmytro Hryhorovych;
- Kiyan Dmytro Volodymyrovych;
- Kolomiiets Nataliya Oleksiyivna;
- Kravchenko Petro Anatoliyovych;
- Kurbanova Alfiya Raufivna;
- Maslenikov Oleksandr Akymovych;
- Pavelchenko Ihor Vitaliyovych;
- Prysakar Oleksandr Yakovych;
- Prokhorov Pavlo Anatoliyovych;
- Roik Dmytro Yaroslavovych;
- Sopilnyak Valeriy Yuriyovych;
- Tavluy Olena Viktorivna;
- Fedorenko Tetiana Ivanivna;
- Tsehan Dmytro Mykolayovych;

The Commission filled all 23 vacant positions in the Odessa Court of Appeal for which the competition was announced. Interviews with candidates for the Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, and Dnipro Courts of Appeal competitions are currently ongoing.
