On June 10, the investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court granted the motion of the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office to extend the term of procedural obligations imposed on the former head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC Tetiana Krupa.

The suspect is obliged to notify the investigator, prosecutor, or court about a change of residence, as well as to surrender to the authorized body the passport for traveling abroad and other documents that grant the right to leave Ukraine and enter Ukraine, except for the citizen's passport of Ukraine.

The term of these obligations is set until August 10, 2026, inclusive.

According to part 1 of article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a guilty verdict of the court.
