Court documents now on your smartphone: Diia launches online enforcement orders
The Diia app will soon have the ability to receive enforcement documents online without visiting the court. To test the functionality before launch, recruitment of testers has been opened. This was reported by Diia.
As part of the further digitalization of court services, Diia plans to introduce the ability to receive enforcement documents online — without paper applications and additional court visits.
What is an enforcement document
An enforcement document is the basis for the compulsory execution of a court decision. This concerns, in particular, the collection of funds, property, or the fulfillment of other obligations by the debtor.
After the service is implemented, users will be able to receive such documents online, automatically generate applications, and track the status of court decision enforcement directly in the app.
Who can join the beta testing
Diia has opened registration for testing the new service. Users who meet the following conditions can join:
- are citizens of Ukraine with a verified RNOKPP
- are plaintiffs in a case (not representatives or lawyers)
- have an activated Diia.Signature
- have a court decision from 2026 that has entered into legal force and is subject to compulsory enforcement
- have not yet received an enforcement order for this decision
