The Ministry of Health reported how many people underwent the Health Screening 40+ in 2026
Since the beginning of the year, 1 million people aged 40 and over have applied for funds to undergo the Health Screening 40+. This was reported by the Ministry of Health.
“Submitting an application means receiving 2000 UAH of state support to participate in the national program. These funds can be used to pay for examinations at a medical institution participating in the Health Screening 40+,” the Ministry of Health reminded.
The program helps to:
- check risks of cardiovascular diseases
- check risks of diabetes
- undergo mental health screening
- receive doctor's recommendations on further self-care steps
Health Screening 40+ can be done at a state, communal, or private medical institution — regardless of place of residence or registration.
How to participate?
Submit an application in Diia. If you are 40 years old or older, you can do this at any convenient time — you no longer need to wait 30 days after your birthday.
After the funds are credited, choose a medical institution from the list of program participants and undergo the examination. The funds must be used within two months. After that, any unused balance will automatically return to the state budget.
If a person received funds before May 1, 2026, they must be used by June 30, 2026, inclusive.
