The North Atlantic Alliance condemned Russia after a drone struck a residential building on Romanian territory during another Russian attack on Ukrainian infrastructure near the border.

The Alliance reported that the NATO Secretary General is maintaining communication with Romanian authorities regarding the incident.

"Early this morning, a residential building in Romania was hit by a drone while Russia attacked Ukrainian infrastructure near the border... We condemn Russia's recklessness," NATO said.

No further details about the consequences of the incident have been provided by the Alliance so far.
