Members of parliament have registered Draft Resolution No. 15320 on establishing Headman Day in Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada.

According to the authors of the document, the bill is an expression of respect for the incredible, complex, daily work of headmen in all corners of Ukraine.

The proposed date for the new holiday is June 7.
