The High Council of Justice left without consideration the submission of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine dated April 20, 2026, recommending the dismissal of Nataliia Dobrivska from the position of judge of the Kyiv District Administrative Court based on subparagraph 4 of paragraph 16-1 of section XV "Transitional Provisions" of the Constitution of Ukraine.

We remind that, as reported by the "Judicial and Legal Newspaper", earlier the High Council of Justice granted the judge's request to postpone the consideration of the High Qualification Commission's submission.

Subsequently, on May 28, 2026, the High Council of Justice granted judge Nataliia Dobrivska's resignation request and dismissed her from the position of judge.

Circumstances of the consideration

During the meeting of the High Council of Justice, the rapporteur reported that on April 30, 2026, the Council received by email the submission of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine regarding the dismissal of judge Nataliia Dobrivska.

Considering that the judge has already been dismissed due to her own resignation, the High Council of Justice noted the impossibility of making any proposals other than leaving the submission without consideration.

The members of the High Council of Justice unanimously supported the rapporteur's proposal (15 votes "for", 0 "against").
