The High Council of Justice dismissed Nataliya Kryuchko from the position of judge of the Podilskyi District Court of Poltava city based on paragraph 3 of part six of article 126 of the Constitution of Ukraine.

The basis for the dismissal was the decision of the First Disciplinary Chamber of the High Council of Justice dated November 17, 2025, which held the judge disciplinarily liable and applied a disciplinary sanction in the form of a submission for dismissal from office.

The materials regarding the disciplinary liability of judge Kryuchko were submitted to the High Council of Justice following a complaint from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP). The complaint concerned facts of extraprocedural communication by the judge, which could indicate interference in the court's activities and violations of the principles of impartiality.

The Disciplinary Chamber established that judge Nataliya Kryuchko committed disciplinary offenses under paragraphs 3 and 6 of part one of article 106 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges." Specifically, it concerned behavior that discredits the status of a judge and undermines the authority of justice, as well as failure to notify the High Council of Justice and the Prosecutor General about cases of interference in the judge's activities.

According to the chamber's conclusion, the judge had extraprocedural contacts: she discussed materials of a civil case with a lawyer, as well as an administrative offense case with judges of the Poltava Court of Appeal. Such actions, in the opinion of the disciplinary body, indicate a conscious, biased, and deliberate violation of judicial ethics norms, raise reasonable doubts about the judge's impartiality, and undermine public trust in the court.

The High Council of Justice supported the conclusions of the Disciplinary Chamber and made a decision to dismiss the judge.
