Judges Oleksiy Halahan, Nataliya Dobrivska, and Vasyl Fedyniak Retired
On Thursday, May 28, the High Council of Justice reviewed materials regarding the dismissal of judges from their positions under general circumstances.
The High Council of Justice decided to dismiss due to the submission of resignation statements:
Nataliya Anatoliyivna Dobrivska – from the position of judge of the Kyiv District Administrative Court;
Vasyl Dmytrovych Fedyniak – from the position of judge of the Ivano-Frankivsk Court of Appeal;
Oleksiy Valeriyovych Halahan – from the position of judge of the Fortetsky District Court of Kropyvnytskyi.
Previously, the High Council of Justice dismissed three judges due to the submission of resignation statements.
