At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for judge positions at the Lviv Court of Appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment on June 2, the Commission made the following decisions:

Oleksandra Ihorivna Baieva - 700.03 - To submit to the plenary session of the Commission the issue of confirming the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court

Iryna Mykolaivna Karpyn - 723.06 - Confirmed the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court

Volodymyr Yaroslavovych Marmash - 705.47 - Confirmed the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court

The High Qualification Commission of Judges reminded that 55 candidates applied to participate in the competition for 28 vacant judge positions at the Lviv Court of Appeal.

In total, interviews were conducted with 45 candidates: 30 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the appellate general court, 8 did not confirm, and interviews with 7 candidates will take place in the plenary session of the Commission. One candidate withdrew from the competition.
