Competition for the Kharkiv Court of Appeal: one candidate confirmed the ability to administer justice
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for judge positions in the Kharkiv Court of Appeal were determined.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment on June 2, the Commission made the following decisions:
Tamara Volodymyrivna Yurlahina - 702.8 - To submit to the plenary session of the Commission the issue of confirming the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court
Oleksandr Serhiyovych Pyrozhenko - 691.25 - To submit to the plenary session of the Commission the issue of confirming the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court
Serhiy Oleksiyovych Maltsev - 683.7 - Information was received that should be evaluated during the determination of the candidate's compliance with the criteria of professional ethics and integrity during the interview and qualification assessment results. Confirmed the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court
Andriy Oleksandrovych Lohvinov - 719.2 - To submit to the plenary session of the Commission the issue of confirming the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court
The High Qualification Commission of Judges reminded that 62 candidates applied to participate in the competition for 47 vacant judge positions in the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 34 candidates: 23 candidates confirmed the ability to administer justice, 3 candidates did not confirm it, interviews with 8 candidates will take place in the plenary session of the Commission. The qualification assessment of 1 candidate was suspended.
