Competition for appellate courts: three candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on June 8, the plenary session considered the issue of confirming the ability of two candidates to administer justice in the Lviv Appellate Court and two candidates in the Kharkiv Appellate Court.
Olena Viktorivna Satarova and Ihor Yaroslavovych Chornyi confirmed their ability to administer justice in the Lviv Appellate Court.
In the Kharkiv Appellate Court, Maksym Mykolayovych Hloba confirmed his ability to administer justice. Tetyana Oleksandrivna Leonova did not confirm her ability to administer justice in the Kharkiv Appellate Court.
The HQCJ reminded that 55 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 28 vacant judge positions in the Lviv Appellate Court.
In total, interviews were conducted with 48 candidates: 35 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the appellate general court, 9 did not confirm, and interviews with 4 candidates will take place in the plenary session of the Commission. One candidate withdrew from the competition.
In the Kharkiv Appellate Court, 62 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 47 vacant judge positions.
In total, interviews were conducted with 34 candidates: 24 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 4 candidates did not confirm, and interviews with 6 candidates will take place in the plenary session of the Commission. The qualification assessment for 1 candidate was suspended.
