HQCJ: Two candidates confirmed the ability to administer justice in the Lviv Court of Appeal
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges on June 15, in a plenary session, the issue of confirming the ability of two candidates to administer justice in the Lviv Court of Appeal and one candidate in the Kharkiv Court of Appeal was considered. This was reported by the HQCJ.
Andriy Viktorovych Yakymiv and Petro Yaroslavovych Stelmaschuk confirmed their ability to administer justice in the Lviv Court of Appeal.
Regarding Olha Volodymyrivna Bilinska, a break was announced in the consideration of the issue of confirming the candidate's ability to administer justice in the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.
The HQCJ reminded that 55 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 28 vacant judge positions in the Lviv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 50 candidates: 39 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the appellate general court, 9 did not confirm, and interviews with 2 candidates will take place in the plenary session of the Commission. One candidate withdrew from the competition.
In the Kharkiv Court of Appeal, 62 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 47 vacant judge positions.
In total, interviews were conducted with 37 candidates: 24 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 6 candidates did not confirm, and interviews with 7 candidates will take place in the plenary session of the Commission. The qualification assessment for 1 candidate was suspended.
