HQCJ recommends seconding 21 judges to other courts
On Wednesday, June 17, at the meeting of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of submitting a recommendation for seconding judges to other courts of the same level and specialization for the administration of justice was considered. This was reported by the HQCJ.
Due to the change in territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a recommendation to second 10 judges of the Donetsk District Administrative Court for a period of one year to the Kharkiv District Administrative Court:
Nataliya Petrivna Volhina;
Olena Oleksandrivna Halatina;
Tetyana Viktorivna Davydenko;
Andriy Serhiyovych Zelenov;
Viktor Viktorovych Lazaryev;
Tetyana Volodymyrivna Logoyda;
Svitlana Volodymyrivna Smagar;
Vitaliy Vasyliovych Stoyka;
Ihor Mykolayovych Tarasenko;
Vladyslav Mykhailovych Chuchka.
Kyrylo Olehovych Kudenkov, a judge of the Donetsk District Administrative Court, was decided to be seconded to the Zhytomyr District Administrative Court.
Also, due to the change in territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a recommendation to second 10 judges of the Luhansk District Administrative Court for a period of one year to the Dnipropetrovsk District Administrative Court:
Olesya Vitaliyivna Irmetova;
Oleksandr Mykolayovych Kachank;
Yevheniya Oleksandrivna Kyseliova;
Serhiy Viktorovych Kysil;
Kristina Yervandivna Petrosyan;
Kateryna Oleksandrivna Plyashkova;
Iryna Oleksiyivna Sverhun;
Anzhela Hennadiyivna Sekirska;
Tetyana Viktorivna Smishlyva;
