On Thursday, June 18, during a meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in the form of a panel, an interview was conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of the candidate for the position of judge in the Kharkiv Court of Appeal, Svitlana Oleksandrivna Yashchenko, were determined. This was reported by the HQCJ.

According to the results of the qualification assessment, Svitlana Oleksandrivna Yashchenko scored 716.3 points. The panel decided to recognize the candidate as having confirmed the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court.

The HQCJ reminded that 62 candidates applied to participate in the competition for 47 vacant judge positions in the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.

In total, interviews were conducted with 41 candidates: 28 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 7 candidates did not confirm it, interviews with 6 candidates will take place in the plenary session of the Commission. The qualification assessment of 1 candidate was suspended.
