Master's Admission 2026 – EVI and EFVV Can Be Taken in 10 Countries
The Unified Entrance Exam (EVI) and the Unified Professional Entrance Test (EFVV) for admission to master's programs in 2026 will be held not only in Ukraine but also abroad. This was reported by the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment (UCEQA).
The agency noted that this decision was made to provide Ukrainian applicants who are outside the country with the opportunity to enter Ukrainian higher education institutions.
Preparation for organizing testing abroad took several weeks and included consultations and agreements between the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, UCEQA, regional centers for educational quality assessment, educational structures of other countries, and Ukrainian embassies.
EVI and EFVV abroad will be conducted exclusively during the main session. Testing points are planned to be established in 22 cities across 10 countries.
Specifically, the exams will take place in Spain (Valencia), Lithuania (Riga), Portugal (Lisbon), Bulgaria (Varna, Sofia), Poland (Bydgoszcz, Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Katowice, Lublin, Poznań), Slovenia (Maribor), the United Kingdom (London), Germany (Berlin, Jena, Magdeburg, Munich), France (Paris), and the Czech Republic (Brno, Prague).
UCEQA warned that registration for participation in entrance exams abroad will be within the established quota of places provided by partner organizations. If the quota is exhausted, it will be impossible to choose a specific city for testing.
