Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree on the competitive selection for the positions of members of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market
The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed decree No. 443/2026 on the Competitive Commission for conducting the competitive selection for the positions of members of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market.
"In order to conduct a competitive selection for the positions of members of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market, in accordance with Article 61 of the Law of Ukraine "On State Regulation of Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets," I decree:
- To establish the Competitive Commission for conducting the competitive selection for the positions of members of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market (hereinafter - the Competitive Commission) and approve its personal composition (attached).
- The Competitive Commission shall ensure the conduct of the competitive selection for the positions of members of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market," the document states.
The decree comes into force on the day of its publication.

VOLODYMYR IVANOVYCH KOROL – Director of the Research Institute of Private Law and Entrepreneurship named after Academician F.H. Burchak of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine (by consent)
NATALIIA VOLODYMYRIVNA PANOVA – Deputy Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine
YEGOR YEVHENOVYCH PERELYHIN – Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine
OLEKSANDR DMYTROVYCH ROZHKO – Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (by consent)
OLENA VIKTORIVNA FURSOVA – Deputy Head of the Department of International Management of the Faculty of International Economics and Management of Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University (by consent).
