Terrible discovery near Vinnytsia – body of a man found in a burnt Skoda Fabia
Near the village of Shkuryntsi in Vinnytsia district, a burnt passenger car with a human body inside was found. Law enforcement opened a case and are considering the suicide version, but final conclusions have not yet been made. This was reported by the Main Directorate of the National Police in Vinnytsia Region.
According to the police, on the morning of May 27, local residents noticed a car near the settling ponds close to the village of Shkuryntsi. During the inspection of the Skoda Fabia vehicle, law enforcement officers found burnt human remains. They were sent for forensic examination to establish the identity of the deceased and the exact cause of death.
It has been established that the user of the car was a man born in 1998, a resident of Vinnytsia. Based on the results of initial investigative and operational measures, law enforcement received data that may indicate a possible suicide.
A criminal case has been opened under Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine with a preliminary qualification as suicide. The final circumstances of the incident will be established during the pre-trial investigation.
