Tetiana Myshko was excluded from the Commission for the Appointment of the Manager of Complex Assets and Svitlana Samsonova was included
The Cabinet of Ministers updated the personal composition of the Commission for the Appointment of the Manager of Complex Assets. The relevant changes concern representatives of ARMA (National Agency of Ukraine for Identification, Tracing and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes).
Tetiana Olehivna Myshko, who held the position of chief specialist of the third department of the department for detection and search of financial and other assets of ARMA, was excluded from the Commission.
Instead, Svitlana Ivanivna Samsonova — director of the Legal Support Department of ARMA — was included in the Commission.
In addition, the position of Mykhailo Mykhailovych Mirutenko was clarified.
The changes were adopted to update the personal composition of the Commission and bring it in line with current official appointments.
