Volodymyr Zelenskyy formed a competition commission for selecting members of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission
The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed decree No. 443/2026 "On the Competition Commission for conducting a competitive selection for the positions of members of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission."
The document was adopted to conduct a competitive selection for the positions of members of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission in accordance with Article 61 of the Law of Ukraine "On State Regulation of Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets."
The decree provides for:
- the formation of a Competition Commission for conducting the competitive selection;
- approval of the personal composition of the commission;
- ensuring the conduct of the competitive selection for the positions of members of the NSSMC.
Organizational, technical, and other support for the activities of the Competition Commission is assigned to the Office of the President of Ukraine and the State Administration of Affairs within their competence.
