Rain and up to +26 degrees: weather forecast in Ukraine for June 17
On Wednesday, June 17, comfortable summer weather without severe heat will persist in Ukraine, although rain is possible in some regions. This was reported by meteorologist Natalka Didenko.
According to her forecast, during the day the air temperature in most regions will be from +20 to +24 degrees. It will be slightly warmer in the south, southeast, and in the Dnipropetrovsk region, where the thermometer will rise to +23...+26 degrees.
Precipitation is expected mainly in the western part of the country, except for the Volyn and Rivne regions. Rain is also possible in the central regions. In other parts of Ukraine, significant precipitation is not forecast, although short-term showers may still occur in some places.
In Kyiv, Wednesday will pass without significant precipitation. During the day, the air will warm up to +20...+22 degrees.
What the weather will be like in the coming days
In recent days, weather conditions in Ukraine have been shaped by a cool air mass associated with cyclone Sabina. It caused a temperature drop as well as rain and thunderstorms in many regions.
Meteorologists note that on June 16–17 no significant changes in the weather are expected. At night, the temperature will range from +9 to +14 degrees, and during the day it will be +19...+24 degrees. Short-term rain and thunderstorms are possible in some places.
At the same time, starting from June 18, the weather situation will begin to stabilize under the influence of an anticyclone coming from the west. The amount of precipitation will decrease, and the air temperature will rise to +22...+27 degrees.
Until the end of the week, moderately warm and comfortable weather without exhausting heat will persist in Ukraine.
