In Kyiv, the director of the Emergency Hospital Viktor Dorosh is dismissed after an inspection
The Kyiv City Health Department reported that following a comprehensive inspection of the municipal non-commercial enterprise "Kyiv City Clinical Emergency Medical Hospital," a decision was made to terminate the contract early and dismiss the hospital director Viktor Dorosh effective June 18.
The Department noted that the basis for the personnel decision was numerous violations identified during the inspection, failure to fulfill contract terms, and improper performance of official duties by the head of the institution.
It is emphasized that the decision to terminate the contract was made in accordance with current legislation based on the conclusions of the relevant commission. All identified violations received appropriate managerial and personnel evaluation.
The comprehensive hospital inspection began following public appeals and significant social resonance.
Earlier, the Kyiv City State Administration reported that the Department's commission found a number of violations in the activities of the municipal non-commercial enterprise "Kyiv City Clinical Emergency Medical Hospital."
After the inspection was completed, appropriate managerial and personnel decisions were to be made.
A forensic medical examination is also being conducted regarding the death of serviceman Serhiy Kuznetsov, which aims to establish the direct causes of death.
Additionally, the Health Department will conduct inspections of all municipal healthcare institutions in the capital regarding the quality, completeness, and timeliness of medical care provided to servicemen and veterans.
