Some Army+ users may see a red ribbon "Recorded Absence from Service" in their Army ID. As noted by the Ministry of Defense, this status in Army ID means that official registers contain information about unauthorized absence from the military unit.

The Ministry of Defense emphasizes that the relevant data is currently being updated, so in some cases the information may be displayed with a delay or temporarily be incorrect.

What users should do

If the status appears or is displayed incorrectly, it is recommended to:

  • Update the "Army+" app to version 3.2.2;
  • Log out of the account and log in again;
  • Wait about 15 minutes for data synchronization.

If after this the information does not update or is displayed incorrectly, the Ministry of Defense advises contacting the "Army+" app support service.
