The State Tax Service announced the deadline for fulfilling tax obligations — June 22.
Submission of Applications and Reports
By June 22 inclusive, taxpayers must submit a number of documents, including:
- an application from a single tax payer to opt out of the simplified taxation system;
- for May 2026 — a tax calculation of income amounts accrued (paid) to individual taxpayers and amounts of tax withheld from them, as well as amounts of the single contribution accrued (except for individual entrepreneurs and/or persons conducting independent professional activities as tax agents and single contribution payers);
- tax declarations for:
- value-added tax;
- excise tax;
- rent payments with calculations: for subsoil use in hydrocarbon raw material extraction; for use of the radio frequency resource of Ukraine; for transportation of oil and petroleum products via main oil pipelines and petroleum product pipelines; for transit transportation of ammonia pipelines through the territory of Ukraine;
- land tax and/or rent for land plots of state or communal ownership (except citizens) in case of non-submission of the declaration for 2026;
- rent for agricultural land plots of state ownership leased out, for May 2026 (according to Article 120-1 of Chapter 19 of Section IV of the Land Code of Ukraine) in case of non-submission of the declaration for 2026.

Payment of the Single Contribution
Also, by June 22 it is necessary to pay the single contribution for May 2026, accrued by employers for hired employees (except mining enterprises).
