Preventive measure chosen for man who killed doctor during medical commission
The Podilskyi District Court of Kyiv chose a preventive measure for the man who killed a doctor during the medical commission.
The offender will remain in custody without the right to bail.
Recall that the 31-year-old offender inflicted multiple stab wounds to the chest and arms of a 55-year-old surgeon doctor.
Investigators informed him of suspicion under Part 2, Clause 8, Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – intentional murder of a person in connection with the performance of their official duties. The offender faces life imprisonment.
