In the Pechersky district of Kyiv, a BMW driver was punished for traffic violations.

As reported by the Kyiv patrol police, while communicating with the driver, the inspectors found clear signs of drug intoxication. The man categorically refused to undergo a medical examination as required by law.

Law enforcement established that the driver had been deprived of the right to drive by a court decision but had not obtained a new driver's license.

The patrol officers suspended the man from driving and drew up:

- a protocol under Part 1 of Article 130 (Driving a vehicle while intoxicated) of the Code of Administrative Offenses;

- rulings under Part 2 of Article 122 (Traffic violations) and Part 2 of Article 126 (Driving without proper documents) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
