Yellow level of danger declared in Kyiv and the region — what to expect from the weather
The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center reported that on May 27, dangerous meteorological phenomena are expected in Kyiv and Kyiv region.
According to the forecasters, variable cloudiness is expected. At night in some places, and during the day throughout the region, short-term rains will occur.
The wind will be north-western, 7–12 m/s, with gusts reaching 15–20 m/s during the day.
The air temperature across the region at night will be 11–16°C, during the day — 18–23°C. In Kyiv, the night temperature is forecasted to be 14–16°C, during the day — 21–23°C.
Due to strong wind gusts during the day on May 27, level I danger — yellow — has been declared in Kyiv and the region.
Forecasters warn that weather conditions may lead to complications in the operation of energy, construction, and utility enterprises, as well as complicate traffic.
