The High Council of Justice at its regular meeting considered and supported the petition of Judge of the Valky District Court of Kharkiv region Oleg Volodymyrovych Tovstoluzhskyi for dismissal from office due to retirement.

The rapporteur noted that as of the date of consideration, Oleg Tovstoluzhskyi's length of service as a judge, which grants the right to retire, is 23 years, 7 months, and 20 days.

Verification for obstacles

The Security Service of Ukraine reported that during the check, no foreign citizenship was found for the judge. The High Council of Justice also has no disciplinary complaints, the results of which could lead to dismissal under the grounds provided in paragraphs 2, 3, 6 of part six of Article 126 of the Constitution of Ukraine.

Considering the above, the High Council of Justice decided to satisfy the application and dismiss Oleg Volodymyrovych Tovstoluzhskyi from the position of judge of the Valky District Court of Kharkiv region due to his submission of a resignation request.
