From June 1, cases of the Luhansk District Administrative Court will be considered by the Dnipropetrovsk DAC
As previously reported by the "Judicial and Legal Newspaper", the High Council of Justice has changed the territorial jurisdiction of cases for three courts.
Thus, according to the adopted decision, from June 1, cases that previously fell under the jurisdiction of the Luhansk District Administrative Court will be considered by the Dnipropetrovsk District Administrative Court.
Due to the change in territorial jurisdiction, participants in court proceedings should take into account the updated procedure when submitting procedural documents, appeals, and participating in court hearings.
