Competition for SDAC: Results of the Practical Task Published
The High Qualification Commission of Judges announced that on June 15 it adopted decision No. 72/zp-26 approving the coded results of the fourth stage of the qualification exam (completion of the practical task in the specialization of the Specialized District Administrative Court) within the competition announced by the Commission's decision dated October 29, 2025, No. 193/zp-25.
After the decoding procedure, by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine dated June 15, 2026, No. 73/zp-26, the decoded results of the fourth stage of the qualification exam (completion of the practical task in the specialization of the Specialized District Administrative Court) within the competition announced by the Commission's decision dated October 29, 2025, No. 193/zp-25 were approved.
The HQCJ reminded that candidates for the position of judge of the Specialized District Administrative Court completed one task of type 2.
The number of points for the model court decision in the specialization of the Specialized District Administrative Court according to the methodological guidelines for evaluating the practical task is 75 points.
To calculate the score that the candidate received for completing the practical task in the specialization of the Specialized District Administrative Court, a coefficient of 2 was applied.
The passing score for the fourth stage of the qualification exam in this competition is 75 percent of the maximum possible score, or 112.5 points.
