Competition for the Kharkiv Court of Appeal: Two Candidates Confirmed Ability to Administer Justice
On Tuesday, June 16, during the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in a panel format, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for judge positions at the Kharkiv Court of Appeal were determined. This was reported by the HQCJ.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission made the following decisions:
Oleh Stanislavovych Dvornin - 678.75 - Take into account the information obtained during the special check regarding the candidate for the position of appellate court judge when establishing his compliance with the criteria of professional ethics and integrity. Did not confirm the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court.
Valentyna Mykolayivna Timonova – 706 - Confirmed the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court.
Denys Mykhailovych Savchenko - 715.45 - Confirmed the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court.
The HQCJ reminded that 62 candidates applied to participate in the competition for 47 vacant judge positions at the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 40 candidates: 26 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 7 candidates did not confirm it, interviews with 7 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission. Qualification assessment for 1 candidate was suspended.
