Alla Kychynska Appointed Head of the Territorial Administration of the State Judicial Administration in Kherson Region
On Thursday, June 18, Alla Kychynska assumed the position of head of the Territorial Administration of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine in Kherson region. This was reported by the SJA.
The appointment was made for the duration of martial law in Ukraine, in accordance with the legislation on public service and taking into account the specifics of the Law of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges."
"A probationary period of one month from the actual date of assuming office has been established for the new head," the SJA stated.
They also added that the maximum term of holding the position is twelve months from the day of termination or cancellation of martial law.
