Inspections are not conducted for objects in temporarily occupied territories.
In Ukraine, there is a mechanism for remote inspection of destroyed housing, which allows recording damage without traveling to the site.
Remote inspection involves collecting, recording, and analyzing information about destroyed or damaged housing with the use of photo and video materials.
To confirm the condition of the objects, the following can be used:
- photos taken with smartphones or digital cameras;
- materials obtained using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs);
- satellite photos.
Inspection is applied in cases when:
- the housing is completely destroyed;
- objects are located in areas of active or potential hostilities;
- there is no possibility for commission to travel to the site.
At the same time, remote inspection is not conducted for the objects located in temporarily occupied territories.
