In Kyiv, after the Russian shelling, traffic was blocked on several streets, public transport operates with changes
As is known, on June 2, the Russians carried out a combined strike on Kyiv.
The patrol police reported that due to the enemy attack, traffic was blocked on several streets:
- Karpaty Sich Street (from the intersection with Sumska Street to the intersection with Vasyl Zhukovsky Street);
- Okhtyrsky Lane (from the intersection with Mykhailo Maksymovych Street to the intersection with Kholodnoyarska Street);
- Naberezhno-Khreshchatytska Street (from the intersection with Nyzhniy Val Street to the intersection with Turivska Street);
- Verkhovynna Street (from the intersection with Sviatoshynska Street to the intersection with Anatoliy Petrytsky Street);
- Gareth Jones Street (from the intersection with Dorohozhytska Street to the intersection with Derevlyanska Street);
- Degtyarivska Street (from the intersection with Starozhytomyrskyi Lane to the intersection with Zoolohichna Street);
- Zoolohichna Street (from the intersection with Beresteyskyi Avenue to the intersection with Degtyarivska Street).
Public Transport Movement
In addition, after the enemy shelling, public transport in Kyiv operates with changes. This was reported by the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA).
"Due to damage to the contact network and traffic restrictions on certain sections, some routes temporarily operate with changes," the statement says.
Trolleybus routes No. 29, 30, 31 and tram routes No. 14, 15, 22, 25 are delayed.
Temporary bus service is organized along tram routes No. 14 and 15:
No. 14-T – "Viddradnyi Avenue" – "Degtyarivsky Overpass".
The movement of trolleybuses No. 29, 30, 31 is organized from Darnytska Square and Myloslavska Street to the "Minska" metro station.
Bus No. 9 runs to Degtyarivsky Overpass.
Buses No. 28 and 53 operate with changes:
No. 28 – via Alpiyska Street, Demiivska Street, Valeriy Lobanovskyi Avenue, then along its own route;
No. 53 – via Mezhyhirska Street, then along its own route.
The KCSA added that public transport movement is adjusted according to the operational situation.
