Appeal and local courts will receive new judges: Volodymyr Zelensky signed a series of decrees
The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy on June 2 signed a series of decrees appointing 15 judges to appeal, local general, administrative, and commercial courts.
The relevant personnel decisions are formalized by decrees No. 454/2026–468/2026.
The largest number of appointments took place at the Zaporizhzhia Appeal Court, where the judge positions were given to Tetyana Kononenko, Liliya Saltan, Lidiya Klymenko, Dmytro Sakoyan, Volodymyr Nikitin, and Dmytro Bredun.
Stanislav Chernopyatov, Oleksandr Suprun, Maksym Hurenko, and Andriy Stelmakh were appointed to the Chernihiv Appeal Court.
Additionally, the following were appointed:
Yuriy Hlomba – judge of the Rivne District Administrative Court;
Vita Levchuk – judge of the Kostopil District Court of Rivne region;
Tetyana Lavrenyuk – judge of the Eastern Commercial Appeal Court;
Artur Bielousov – judge of the Zhytomyr Appeal Court;
Bohdan Bazarnyk – judge of the Netishyn City Court of Khmelnytskyi region.
