The State Enterprise "National Information Systems" announced that on June 5, as part of technical works, updated software for the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Formations (USR) was implemented.
List of USR updates:
- The functionality for creating links between predecessors and successors in reorganization processes has been optimized. In particular, a unified approach to displaying data about predecessors and successors based on the principle of calculating links between entities has been implemented. Information about the successor/predecessor will be displayed in the data about entities from the moment the predecessor or successor is first entered in one of such entities in the reorganization process. For example: if a predecessor is added on the side of one entity, it will automatically appear as a successor on the side of the other entity.
- The system control for mandatory clearing of the archival field "Name" in the "Management Bodies Information" block of the "Information" tab during registration actions has been refined:
- "State registration of changes to information about a legal entity" – when selecting the type of changes "Change of information about the management bodies of a legal entity";
- "Correction";
- "Correction (technical)";
- "State registration of inclusion of information about a legal entity" – when performing such registration action in an existing registration case.
- The security functionality of the USR software has been optimized.
List of other improvements and fixed USR functionality issues:
- Fixed an issue with the display of punctuation marks in the block "Surname, first name, patronymic of the person appointed as the manager of the property of an individual entrepreneur" when viewing detailed information about an entity (free request) on the portal usr.minjust.gov.ua.
- Fixed an issue related to incorrect system operation during the registration action "State registration of changes to information about a legal entity" (change types: "Change of information about members of management bodies" / "Change of activity purpose") – control was added to detect the absence of changes made.
- Fixed an issue where the entire list of existing records about members of management bodies was deleted when only one record needed to be removed on the "Members of Management Bodies" tab.
- Fixed an error "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'enable')" that occurred when viewing operation data for some legal entities where changes were made to information about members of management bodies.
