The High Council of Justice decided to leave without consideration the submission of the First Disciplinary Chamber of the High Council of Justice regarding the dismissal of Oleksandr Oleksandrovych Boyarskyy from the position of judge of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi City District Court of Odesa region on the basis of paragraph 3 of part six of article 126 of the Constitution of Ukraine. The High Council of Justice noted that the powers of the judge of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi City District Court of Odesa region, Oleksandr Boyarskyy, are terminated due to the entry into force of the court's verdict.

We remind that, as reported by the "Judicial and Legal Newspaper", by the decision of the First Disciplinary Chamber dated February 3, 2025, the judge of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi City District Court of Odesa region, Oleksandr Boyarskyy, was held disciplinarily liable and a disciplinary sanction in the form of a submission for dismissal from the position of judge was applied to him.

As stated in the aforementioned decision, Oleksandr Boyarskyy reviewed a large number of court cases granting the claim regarding the determination of the child's place of residence with the father, which led to the avoidance of mobilization of conscription-age persons into the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

By the verdict of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated August 21, 2025, Oleksandr Boyarskyy was found guilty of criminal offenses under part two of article 28, part one of article 114-1, part three of article 332, part three of article 28, part three of article 368, part three of article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which entered into force on September 23, 2025.

The High Anti-Corruption Court approved the plea agreement regarding Oleksandr Boyarskyy on corruption and sentenced him to 6 years of imprisonment, releasing him from serving the sentence with a probation period of 3 years.
