The High Qualification Commission of Judges in plenary session considered the issue of terminating the qualification assessment of the judge of the Rakhiv District Court of Zakarpattia region regarding compliance with the position held.
Thus, based on the results of the meeting, the Commission decided to terminate the qualification assessment of the judge of the Rakhiv District Court of Zakarpattia region, Viktor Eduardovych Yemchuk.
Earlier, we reported that the High Qualification Commission of Judges recommended appointing Serhii Traskovskyi as a judge of the Izyaslav District Court of Khmelnytskyi region.
Additionally, the High Qualification Commission of Judges will consider the issue of seconding judges to the Cherkasy District Administrative Court.
