Competition for the Lviv Court of Appeal: one candidate confirmed the ability to administer justice
During the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in the composition of the panel, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for the positions of judges in the Lviv Court of Appeal were determined. This was reported by the HQCJ.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment on June 4, the Commission made the following decisions:
Viktoriya Leonidivna Buchkivska - 724.2 - Confirmed the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court
Nadiya Volodymyrivna Salamakha - 434.11 - Did not confirm the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court
Yaryna Olehivna Teslyuk - 688.87 - To submit to the plenary session of the Commission the issue of confirming the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court
The HQCJ reminded that 55 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 28 vacant judge positions in the Lviv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 48 candidates: 33 candidates confirmed the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court, 9 did not confirm, and interviews with 6 candidates will take place in the plenary session of the Commission. One candidate withdrew from the competition.
