In the first five months of 2026, the High Council of Justice dismissed 78 judges

65 judges were dismissed under general circumstances, and another 13 judges under special circumstances.

During the first five months of 2026, the High Council of Justice made decisions to dismiss 78 judges. This was reported by the High Council of Justice.
Under general circumstances, 65 judges were dismissed, namely:
- due to submission of resignation statements – 62;
- due to submission of statements by own will – 3.
Under special circumstances, the High Council of Justice dismissed 13 judges, namely:
- for committing a significant disciplinary offense – 12;
- based on subparagraph 4 of paragraph 16-1 of section XV "Transitional Provisions" of the Constitution of Ukraine according to submissions with recommendations from the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine – 1.
