Work with official information in the public sector in Ukraine will be accelerated
The Cabinet of Ministers adopted Resolution No. 642 "On the implementation of an experimental project for the introduction of electronic document management of electronic documents containing official information," which launches a project to introduce interdepartmental electronic document management for documents marked "For official use." This was reported by the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine.
This initiative is aimed at modernizing and accelerating work with official information in the public sector.
The first participants in the project will be the Administration of the State Service of Special Communications and the Administration of the State Border Guard Service. The agencies are to jointly develop new technical solutions and integrate their own electronic document management systems adapted to work with restricted access information.
Electronic exchange of official documents will be carried out using the resources of the National Electronic Communication Network and the National Confidential Communication System. If necessary, resources of electronic communication network and service providers will also be involved in the process.
"The initiative is open. Other government bodies, structures supporting the activities of the President of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada, and the Cabinet of Ministers, as well as military management bodies, can join," the State Service of Special Communications stated.
