CEC recognized Andriy Levus and Mykola Davydiuk as elected MPs
The Central Election Commission announced that it recognized Andriy Levus and Mykola Davydiuk as elected members of the Ukrainian parliament.
The Commission received a statement from Denys P'yatygorets about his refusal of the parliamentary mandate. On May 26, the CEC recognized him as an elected member of the Ukrainian parliament in the early parliamentary elections held on July 21, 2019, in the nationwide multi-mandate electoral district from the party "European Solidarity."
Accordingly, the CEC recognized Andriy Levus, the next candidate in line included in the electoral list of the party "European Solidarity" under number 29, as an elected member of the Ukrainian parliament in the mentioned elections.
Also, the Commission received a document from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine about the early termination of the parliamentary powers of Volodymyr Tsabal due to his personal statement.
Volodymyr Tsabal was elected in the early parliamentary elections on July 21, 2019, in the nationwide multi-mandate electoral district from the party "Holos."
The CEC reviewed the document and recognized Mykola Davydiuk, the next candidate in line on the electoral list of the party "Holos" (No. 27), as an elected member of the Ukrainian parliament in these elections.
"To register as members of the Ukrainian parliament, Andriy Levus and Mykola Davydiuk must submit the documents required by law to the Commission no later than the 20th day. In turn, the CEC shall make the corresponding decision no later than the 5th day from the date of receipt," the CEC added.
