As a result of a massive missile and drone attack by Russia on Kyiv on the night of June 15, the building of the High Anti-Corruption Court was damaged.
According to the HACC, the court premises located at 41 Beresteiskyi Avenue were damaged.
Windows in the building were broken. Currently, court employees are assessing the total extent of the damage.
Cleanup and elimination of the consequences of the Russian shelling are ongoing at the site.
The High Anti-Corruption Court emphasized that despite the damage to the building, all court hearings will take place according to the approved schedule.
In case of any changes in the court's operating mode or rescheduling of hearings, additional information will be published separately.
As is known, on the night of June 15, Russia carried out a massive combined attack on Kyiv using missiles and strike drones. As a result of the shelling, damage and fires were recorded in several districts of the capital. 30 people were injured.
Residential buildings, infrastructure facilities, educational institutions, warehouse premises, and cultural landmarks were damaged.
One of the most serious consequences of the attack was the damage to the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. A fire broke out on the territory of the reserve — the roof of the Assumption Cathedral caught fire. According to preliminary information, the fire was caused by a direct hit.
Also, as a result of the Russian attack, a fire broke out on the territory of the Oleksandr Dovzhenko National Film Studio. The strike destroyed the largest and oldest costume collection in Ukraine.
