Insurers who have not submitted paper employment record books for digitization, and insured persons who have not done this themselves, will be able to do so even after June 10, 2026. This was reminded by the Pension Fund.

They emphasized that current regulatory legal acts do not provide for liability in case of failure to submit scanned copies of paper employment record books within the established deadline.

"If the paper employment record book is not digitized by June 10, 2026, the insurance record is not lost.

After the end of the transitional period for digitizing information about the employee's work activity on June 10, 2026, the Pension Fund of Ukraine will continue to accept and process scanned documents to form electronic employment record books, or when assigning a pension to take into account work periods before January 1, 2004, based on the originals of employment record books.

We urge citizens not to succumb to informational manipulations, to remain calm, and to keep their employment record books until they are digitized," the Pension Fund added.
